Cover illustration I did for a sci-fi/fantasy novel called "Mecha: Survivor".

A story about another world called Kath, that has endured 30 years of war, ever since the discovery of a mysterious energy source called distortion, which reshaped civilization. As rival nations vie for power, the delicate balance is put in jeopardy by the uncovering of a Rubian, a race long thought dead with the ability to alter the very threads of matter around them.

Drawing inspiration from the 1998 American movie, I captured the iconic monster in the midst of a gripping struggle with a gigantic octopus. This illustration combines the modern design of Godzilla with the charm and spirit of classic Japanese films, bringing to life an exciting clash of titans in the depths of the ocean. The Artwork Description In this pencil drawing, which I later scanned and digitally colored, Godzilla takes center stage as he grapples with a colossal octopus lurking beneath the ocean's surface.
