As the clock strikes midnight, fireworks burst over the city skyline, lighting up the night sky. The thunderous sound stirs Godzilla from his slumber. Rising up from beneath the waves, the mighty leviathan pauses to observe the colorful display for a moment, before adding his own atomic flame to help ring in the new year.
