Happy Alien Easter

New Artwork of an Easter Enigma: The Unveiling of the Alien Egg Here's a special egg left by the Easter Bunny, be sure to lean in close for a big surprise! I'm far from the first person to make the Aliens Easter egg joke, but it's always a goodie. Also here is a short story inspired by the image: Once upon an Easter morning, as the sun cast its golden rays through the awakening forest, a young child named Emily embarked on a leisurely walk. Dressed in her Sunday best, she set out on an adventure, her eyes filled with wonder and anticipation. As Emily meandered along the winding path, a burst of vibrant colors caught her attention in the distance. A purple egg with whimsical red dots, adorned with a cheerful yellow stripe that danced across its middle, and playful orange squiggly lines, stood out like a captivating masterpiece amidst nature's canvas. Intrigued by its allure, Emily quickened her pace. Approaching the egg, she realized that it was far larger than any Ea

April Fool's Day

The Dark Lord of Gotham Here's something fun for April Fool's Day, a speed painting of Darth Vader removing his helmet only to reveal himself as other then the Dark Knight! When I heard the theme from the new Batman movie, it reminded me a bit of the Imperial March, which was the inspiration for this.

Join me as we embark on a journey through this enchanting artwork, where a Barn Owl takes center stage amidst a winter wonderland adorned with festive decorations. The Captivating Barn Owl: Perched regally on a tree stump in the foreground of the illustration, the Barn Owl commands attention with its piercing gaze and distinctive facial structure.

Santa's Little Helper

Once savage creatures from the darkest caverns of the North Pole, the Elves were conquered by the Great Clause a millennia ago, bound by dark magic and forced to toil away in Santa's massive toy factories.  Something a little creepy before Christmas :)

The Crow

New Halloween-themed artwork of a sinister-looking crow consuming a gruesome meal. The Crow is the next piece in my series of Halloween-themed speed paintings. Crows represent death, the afterlife, knowledge, intelligence, adaptation, prescience, fortune, destiny, metamorphosis, and the future in contemporary Western culture. Depending on where in the globe you are, crows are interpreted as either good or bad omens, and their symbolism is both positive and negative. One of the most frequent themes in crow symbolism is death. Because they frequently appear adjacent to dead animals and are scavengers, corvids such as crows and ravens are frequently associated with death.

Krampus

New Artwork of Krampus: Unleashing the Mythological Menace "He came not to reward, but to punish. Not to give, but to take." - Omi Engel, Krampus (2015) Introduction: In the realm of folklore and mythology, creatures of darkness often lurk, captivating our imaginations with their enigmatic nature. Today, I am thrilled to unveil my latest artwork—a black and white drawing of Krampus. Join me as we delve into the origins of this mythical figure, explore his menacing appearance, and discover the enduring fascination surrounding Krampus in popular culture. The Krampus Myth: A Dark Twist on the Holiday Season Amidst the joyous festivities of the holiday season, there exists a chilling counterpart known as Krampus, "The Shadow of Saint Nicolas." Originating from the Alpine region of Europe, Krampus is a creature deeply rooted in local folklore, adding a macabre twist to Christmas traditions. While Saint Nicolas rewards the good, Krampus emerges from the shadows to p
