Darth Maul - The Phantom Menace

New artwork of Darth Maul, the acrobatic, dual-blade-wielding apprentice of the Sith. Darth Maul from Episode I: The Phantom Menace  "At last we will reveal ourselves to the Jedi. At last, we will have revenge." Between his striking red and black facial tattoos, demonic yellow eyes, and lethal wielding of a double-bladed lightsaber, Darth Maul was easily the most memorable thing about Episode I.

Neomorph

New illustration of the Neomorph from Alien: Covenant (2017). This creature was an endoparasitoid extraterrestrial species encountered by the crew of the USCSS Covenant. While they share some characteristics with the Xenomorph XX121, most notably their process of gestating inside a living host organism and their elongated heads, they are otherwise quite different. Killer Croc

New artwork of Batman's reptilian foe, and DC Comics supervillain, killer Croc. "Bein' a reptile man ain't pretty. But it's got its upsides. Like having the strength of a crocodile, for instance." Continuing my series of Black & White renditions of characters from Batman: The Animated Series, with Killer Croc. Waylon Jones, aka Killer Croc, was born with a genetic abnormality giving him reptilian skin. In Miami, Florida, he worked as a sideshow performer when he was younger. Once he had joined the Wrestling Federation, he went by the ring name "Killer Croc" and rose through the ranks to win the championship. He had the reputation of being "the meanest guy in the Wrestling Federation."

Tifa Lockhart

New artwork of video game icon, and heroine of Final Fantasy VII, Tifa Lockhart. Tifa Lockhart from Final Fantasy VII, as featured in the recent remake. In the game, Tifa is the childhood friend of the protagonist, Cloud Strife. She is a member of the eco-terrorist group AVALANCHE and the proprietor of the 7th Heaven tavern in the Midgar slums. In order to keep Cloud Strife close and secure, she persuades him to join the organization.  She then helps him defend the Planet against the game's antagonist, Sephiroth. She was further developed in titles included in the Final Fantasy VII Compilation, such as Advent Children, where she tries to persuade Cloud to let go of his self-imposed guilt and move on with his life following Sephiroth's defeat.

As rival nations vie for power, the delicate balance is put in jeopardy by the uncovering of a Rubian, a race long thought dead with the ability to alter the very threads of matter around them.
